Elmo E Bagley, Jr., age 89, was born on February 2, 1935, in Vivian, Louisiana to Elmo E. Bagley, Sr. and Carmie Gibbs Bagley. The Lord called him home June 6, 2024.
Elmo was a lifelong resident of Louisiana. He was preceded in death by parents, Elmo and Carmie Bagley; wife, Vivian Bagley; sisters, Clarice M. Bagley, Billy Jewel Bozeman, and Martha Nell Luttrel; and son, Robert E. Bagley. He is survived by sons, David Bagley and wife, Marlyn of Stonewall, and Richard Bagley and wife, Merry of Deadwood, Texas; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Elmo spent his career in the banking industry and stayed active on the board with First National Bank of Benton up until around a year ago. He enjoyed all sports and loved to play golf.
