SHREVEPORT, LA - A Mass of Christian Burial for Eloise Ebarb, 86, will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 5, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a vigil held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Eloise was born on September 29, 1927 in Zwolle, LA and passed away on September 2, 2014. Eloise and her husband, Simon celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary on Monday, September 1, 2014. She was a resident of Shreveport, LA and a homemaker. She was a Catholic. She was preceded in death by parents, Cleveland and Alma Craig; daughter, Patricia Manning. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 67 years, Simon Ebarb, Sr.; sons, Kenneth Ebarb and wife, Jeanette and Simon Ebarb, Jr. and wife, Jan; son-in-law, Tommy Manning and wife, Pam; grandchildren, Jennifer Marie Adams, Jessica Lynn Smith, Shelly Renee Choate, and Christopher Manning; six great-grandchildren; sister, Bess Wilson.
