Emma Lee Johnson

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Lee Johnson, 83, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel; with Rev. Denny Duron and Dr. Durell Tuberville officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Johnson was born on June 16, 1932 in Chidester, AR and passed away July 11, 2015 in Shreveport, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bryant Johnson; father, Jimmie Pitchford Tuberville; and mother, Thelma Susan Sampson-Tuberville. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her son, Dennis Edward Johnson and wife, Lisa; daughter, Shelia Dianne Johnson Chandler and husband, Travis; grandchildren, Heath Randall Wood, Brandy Suzanne Johnson and husband, Garrett, and Katie Elizabeth Johnson; great-grandchild, Sadie Grace Johnson; siblings, David Tuberville and J.D. Tuberville. Pallbearers will be Matthew Rushing, Steve Stone, Garrett Johnson, Richard Tuberville, Ronnie Herring and Dustin Tuberville. Memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Johnson's honor to the American Heart & Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
