Ethan C. Hunter

Funeral services for Ethan Hunter will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at New Freedom Fellowship Church with Brother Dean Hillman officiating; interment to follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 7, 2020 from 5:00 PM-9:00PM at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Many Chapel. Ethan Colt Hunter was born January 17, 1990 in Shreveport, LA to Curtis Michael Herren and Deborah Darlene Bass and entered into rest on August 4, 2020 at his residence. Preceding Ethan in death were his father, Curtis Michael Herren; his grandma, Roslyn Haney; his grandpa, Donald Morris Herren; his grandpa, Troy Bass; his grandpa, Vain Rogers; and his great grandparents, Henry & Elvie Parrie. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Nora Jane (Bliss) Hunter of Zwolle, LA; his sons, Damon Castie, Draven Castie, and Eli Colt Hunter; his daughters, Destiny Castie, Laney Hunter and Elena Hunter; his mother, Debbie Rabon & husband Buck of Converse; his grandmother, Lera Bass Rogers of Zwolle, LA; his sisters, Taren Bass & Roylando of Zwolle, LA; Kristy Hunter of Zwolle, LA; and Kaycee McKnight of Carthage, TX; and his brothers, Trey Hunter & Deidre of Zwolle, LA; Cody Herren & wife, Gayla of Carthage, TX and Josh Rabon of Converse, LA and step grandmother, Ellen Herren of Minden, LA . In addition, he leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members who will deeply miss him. Honoring Ethan as pallbearers will be Steven Meshell, Anthony Remedies, John Sepulvado, Mike Fountain, Trey Hunter, and Ray Bliss. Honorary pallbearers will be Damon Castie, Draven Castie, Shane Fullerton, Cash Rivers, Clint Meshell, Jonathan Vela, Brandon Sepulvado, and Benny D.
