Evelyn Gertrude McIntyre
SHREVEPORT, LA - A memorial service for Evelyn Gertrude McIntyre will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, with Reverend Paul Martin officiating. Reception to follow in the Parlor.
Evelyn was born on November 14, 1928 in Everett, MA and passed away at her home on December 9, 2015. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church for 53 years, where she sang in the choir for many years.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, William J. McIntyre and parents, Gertrude and Irving Lillie. She is survived by her sons, Charles Richard McIntyre (Richard), William John McIntyre, Jr. (Sandy); daughters, Nancy Ann Gardner and husband John Kenneth Gardner, Susan Janet Goebel; special friend of the family, Sherry Lynn Clark; grandchildren, Michael Christopher Wright, Melissa Leigh Logan and husband Bradley Tyson Logan, Brian Patrick Goebel, William John McIntyre III (John), Amy Tiare Ono, and Lindsey Kawailani Ono; great-grandchildren, Evelyn Leigh Logan (Evie), Samuel Jennings Logan (Sam), and Carleigh Ann McIntyre.
Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Christopher Wright and Bradley Tyson Logan.
