Felton Rodger Pruett

MANY, LA - Funeral services for Rod Pruett will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, August 28, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, LA. Interment will follow at Bayou Scie Cemetery in Zwolle, LA. Bro. Jay Knighten will officiate. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rod was born February 1, 1952 in Shreveport, LA to Felton and Rita Pruett and passed away on August 24, 2015. After graduating from Fair Park High School in 1972, he went to work for Union Pacific Railroad as a Conductor for 29 years. Rod is survived by his parents; son, Robby Pruett and his wife, Jennifer; grandchildren, Blake Pruett and Blaine Pruett; brothers, Randy Pruett and his wife, Cindy and Reagan Pruett and his wife, Jessica, and great-granddaughter, Malorie Pruett. Honoring Rod as pallbearers will be Blake Pruett, Blaine Pruett, Mark Pruett, Bobby Shofner, Ronnie Miller and Gordon Rains.
