Interment will follow at Sloan Cemetery in Mansfield, LA. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA from 5:00 PM Till 9:00 PM. Frances was born on March 15, 1941 in Mansfield, LA to William and Syble McNeese Frasier and passed away on November 9, 2016 in Mansfield, LA. Preceding Frances in death is her husband John P. Culpepper, Jr; parents, William and Syble Frasier; grandfather, Luther Wesley McNeese; grandmother, Velma Crittenden McNeese; one son, and one daughter. Those left behind to cherish her memory is her daughter, Cathy Woods and husband John of Mansfield, LA; granddaughters, Alisha Graves and husband James of Mansfield, LA, Kelly Elmore of Mansfield, LA, Elaina Layfield and husband Scott of Shreveport, LA; great granddaughters, Katelin Newton, Kelsey Hunter, Courtney Graves, Erin Graves, Kelsey "Kelso" Ober; great grandsons, Kaleb William, Derek Ober, Thorne Ober, and appreciated, Loved special friend Harold Gray. Those honoring the life of Frances as pallbearers will be Dee Beashea, Wesley Beashea, Jeremy Phillips, Rickey Garcia, Tim "Timbo" Lindsey, Ken Dillard, and Jarrin Peoples. Honorary Pallbearers will be John Procell and Jamerison May.
