Frances Marie Wolf

Funeral services for Frances Marie Yorio Wolf, 77, will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Haven of Memories Memorial Park, 27532 State Highway 64, Canton, Texas. A visitation will be held Friday, January 12, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the funeral at Rose-Neath. Officiating the service will be Associate Pastor of Brookwood Baptist Church, John Harp.

Frances was born on November 30, 1946 in Jersey City, New Jersey to Joseph and Mamie Yorio and passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024 in Shreveport.

Frances graduated from Dayton High School in Dayton, Texas and from Stephen F. Austin University in 1968. She was married to the love of her life, Bob Wolf, for 54 years that produced two wonderful sons, Scott and Ryan. Frances was a teacher for 40 years. She absolutely loved teaching children and considered herself blessed for such a rewarding career.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mamie Yorio. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Bob Wolf; sons, Scott Wolf and wife, Mindy, and Ryan Wolf; and granddaughter, Macy Wolf.

Frances will be greatly missed, but we will forever love and cherish her memory.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brookwood Baptist Church Children’s Ministry.
