Francine "Fran" Lindsey Ruffin

A graveside service for Francine Lindsey Ruffin will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Highland Cemetery in Mansfield, Louisiana. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Guo and her dear friend, Mary Jo Babcock.

Fran was born on September 5, 1953 in Mansfield, LA to her parents, Francis and Syble Ruffin. She passed away on March 6, 2025 in Mansfield, LA at the age of 71.

She was preceded in death by her parents. A member of First United Methodist Church of Mansfield, Fran’s happiest memories were being involved in various church groups and activities. Singing in the choir was a favorite of hers. Special to Fran were her pets from parakeets to horses, cats and dogs. Fran loved her family and friends, but most of all her Savior.

Honoring Fran as pallbearers will be Jim Ruffin, Albert Ruffin, Sonny Hall, Alan Yarbrough, Kevin Corley, Russell Webb and Robert Webb.

The family wishes to thank Mansfield Nursing Center and its employees for all the loving care they provided Fran.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Mansfield.
