Frances Brown Fegley \"Bebe\" was born on November 18, 1921 in Neame, Louisiana. Surrounded by her family she passed away on April 24, 2015 at age 93. Visitation will be at 4 -6 PM Sunday, April 26 at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield with Graveside Services at the Mansfield Cemetery at 10 AM Monday April, 27. Rev Bob Latham will officiate.She was preceded in death by her parents, Brinton and Charlie Mae Brown; her husband, Earnest Fegley; two sisters, Charlotte Brown and Virginia Brown Drewett. Frances is survived by her son, Earnie Fegley Jr (Rita), her daughter, Virginia Fegley Dickerson; Grandchildren, Trey Fegley III (Laura), Brint Fegley (Marla) , Robin Lewis (Calep); five great-grandchildren, Dalton, Brooke, Andrew, Rayleigh, and Tate; Sister, Leila Parker and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frances was a longtime resident of Mansfield, Louisiana and a member of the First Baptist Church of Mansfield. She spent her young adult life traveling the United States and Canada with her pipeliner husband and family. Bebe worked for the Louisiana Department of Health and Family Services retiring in 1981 to enjoy her grandchildren and ultimately great grandchildren.
Anyone who knew Bebe, knew that she was full of personality. She never called anyone by their correct name and always had an appropriate saying for any and all situations. She was known for keeping everyone laughing even when she wasn\'t trying.
Bebe will especially be missed by her children, grandchildren and sister as well as her other friends and relatives.
Serving as pallbearers will be Trey Fegley, Brint Fegley, Calep Lewis, Chad Parker, Robby Parker and Ryan Parker.
The family is very thankful for the fantastic staff at The Glen Retirement System and Dr. Randy Delmundo for the wonderful care they gave Bebe. Thanks to Shreveport - BossierHospice and especially Pam Woods RN, Shannon Broughton HHA and Dr. Michelle Self. And to Bebe's daughter "Jen" for the wonderful care she gave to her mother during her golden years.
