Francis A Slaughter

Funeral services for Francis Ann Slaughter 69, of Many, LA will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 11:00 am at Siloam Baptist Church. Bro. Wilton Anthony will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

She was born in Natchez, Mississippi on April 4, 1945. She entered into eternal rest at her residence on September 22, 2014.

Preceding her in death were her parents Bill and Mavis Rogers Nelson; husband Johnny Slaughter; son Gary Slaughter; sister Catherine Snow; brothers Purvis King, Gerald King, and Charles King.

She is survived by her sister Barbara Schofield of Hawkins, Texas; brother James Nelson of California; granddaughters Meshelle Slaughter and Melissa Slaughter; several great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Honoring her as pallbearers will be Butch Randall, David Hippler, Jerry Rogers, Bill Rogers, Robert Armstrong, and Rodney French.
