Frank was born on December 10,1953 in Scranton, Pennsylvania and passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023 in Bethany, Louisiana.
Frank graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. After high school, he entered an electrical apprenticeship and became a master electrician. He went to work at the General Motors (GM) plant in Baltimore, Maryland in the early 70’s and transferred to the GM Shreveport plant’s Powerhouse in 1981 from which he later retired.
He married Lynnette Doll in July 1973. Frank loved woodworking, hunting, fishing, the Baltimore Orioles, the Baltimore Ravens, and the New Orleans Saints. There was not anything he could not fix and was always happy to help family, friends, and neighbors with repairs and projects. Mostly, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Madalyn and beloved identical twin brother, Joe. He is survived by his wife, Lynnette; daughter, Lisa (Stephen) Dargis; son, Aaron (Sherry) Karevicius; daughter, Amanda (James) Carpenter; and his grandchildren, Ainsley, Emersyn, Chase, Emma, and Ella.
