SHREVEPORT, LA- Franklyn S. Howard died peacefully in his sleep on August 9, 2014. He was born on January 14, 1930 Patterson, NJ. He was a resident of Shreveport where he was a candy salesman. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
He leaves behind two daughters, Eve L. Howard and Susan O. Cloutier.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
