Freddy “Fud” Parker, 67, was born on February 10, 1956 to Troy Ivans Parker and Ruby Mae Parker in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away Monday, May 22, 2023 in Bossier City, Louisiana.
He was very opinionated, you got it whether you asked it or not. You didn’t ask for his opinion if you were scared to hear the truth. He always had his Brother’s backs and was fiercely loyal to those he loved and those who loved him back. He was all about having peace and tranquility in your life.
He loved having a good time and the occasional bar brawl. He was a NASCAR fan with Rusty Wallace, Carl Edwards and Martin Truex, Jr. among his favorite drivers. He loved all LSU sports, especially the Fighting Tigers. He was one of the original Puckheads of the Shreveport Mudbugs during their WPHL days and never missed a home game.
He is preceded in death by his parents and in-laws, G.W. and Loretta Seegers. He is survived by his spouse, Lori Parker; daughter, Crystal Parker; grandson, William Turnage; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; UMF Brothers and in-laws and outlaws.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
