Frederick English Parker Frederick English Parker, 66, went to be with his Lord on October 22, 2015. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 pm, Sunday October 25, 2015, at Rose-Neath Marshall Street. 1815 Marshall Street, Shreveport, Louisiana Fred was born on July 22, 1949 in Mansfield, LA. He was a state champion track athlete in 1967 for Mansfield High School. He later graduated from Louisiana Tech and University of Louisiana Monroe Pharmacy School. He was a dedicated pharmacist throughout his career. Fred loved to duck hunt and was even a state champion duck caller. Fred loved his family, friends, and his dogs. He was an avid outdoorsman with a kind and generous spirit. He will be missed. Preceding him in death was his father, Frederick English Parker, Sr. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Celeste Sipes Parker, his mother Lelia Brown Parker, and his brother Dan Parker, as well as his children Robert Parker and wife Gina, Ryan Parker, Judd Parker and wife Caroline, and Emily Parker Heinen and husband Jade. Fred's sweet puppy George and his grandchildren, Ben Parker, Avery Heinen, Samuel Heinen, Blair Heinen, Bryn Heinen, Evelyn Parker, and Henry Parker - will miss their "Poppy" so much. The family would like to thank Dr. Jade Heinen, Dr. Charles and Dr. Stephen Wyble for their excellent care.
