March 13, 1939 - June 27, 2021 Ocean Springs, Mississippi - Gary Lee Sorg, 82, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Lighthouse Assisted Living in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Gary was born on March 13, 1939 in Sauk City, Wisconsin. He resided with his wife Ethelean in Biloxi, Mississippi. Together they had two sons, Greg and John. Gary served in the Air Force for four years and then finished out his career in the Civil Service as a radar instructor at Keesler Air Force Base. Gary loved going to the motocross races and watching his sons and grandson race. He also enjoyed the outdoors, doing yard work on his tractor and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Ethelean Sorg of Biloxi, MS; sons, Greg and John Sorg of Biloxi, MS; daughter-in-law, Deanna Sorg of Biloxi, MS; grandson, Cody Sorg of D\'Iberville, MS; great grandsons, Carson and Tucker Sorg of D\'Iberville; brother, Darrell Sorg of Kingston, New York and countless nieces, nephews and family members. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Bear Creek Cemetery in Bienville, Louisiana. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Rose-Neath in Arcadia from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
