Gene "Buster" H. Harris, Jr.

Celebration of life and going home service for Gene "Buster" Hubert Harris, Jr., 47, will be held Monday, September 7, 2020 at the Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Coushatta Funeral Home at 10:00 AM with Brother Shawn Beard officiating. Interment will follow in Holley Springs Cemetery in Coushatta, LA. Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at the chapel beginning at 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Buster was born May 9, 1973, in Shreveport, LA to Sandra and Gene Hubert Harris, Sr. and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 1, 2020 in Mansfield, LA. Preceding him in death were his parents, Sandra and Gene Harris, Sr. and sister in law, Mary Harris. Buster's love will live on in the hearts and memories of the loved ones he has left behind. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Shannon Hernandez Harris; three children, Brandon Lee Harris and girlfriend, Sarah Johnson, Hayden Harris, and Ashley Harris and fiancé, Payton Wood; step-son, Caleb Hernandez; brothers, Jerry Glen Harris and wife, Riceal, and Terry Lynn Harris; sisters, Rhonda Elaine Huskey and husband, Scott, Dorothy Jean Manshack and husband, Sam "Squeekie", Tina Louise Harris and fiancé, Ashley Wayne Pickett; and two precious grandchildren, Rylee and Parker.
