George W Wyllie

Shreveport, LA - Memorial services celebrating the life of George W. Wyllie age 70 will be held at 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, June 3^rd at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier City, LA.

Mr. Wyllie was born in Minden, LA on November 4, 1944 to James and Edwinia Wyllie and passed away on May 30, 2015 at his residence in Shreveport. He was a master plumber, avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed painting. He was of the Assembly of God faith.

Mr. Wyllie was preceded in death by his parents, son, Robert James Wyllie and his brother, James Hugh Wyllie. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty Wyllie of Shreveport, LA; son, David Wyllie (Brea) of Shreveport, LA; daughters, Ann Chaney (Rick Baxon) of Mercer, PA; Yvette and Beverly Moore of Bossier City, LA and Kath and Keith Davis of Shongaloo, LA. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and his dog, Tinker Bell.
