Glen McGraw

Funeral services for Glen Arthur McGraw will be held Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, Louisiana at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. until time of service. A burial will follow at Centuries Memorial Park, Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Reverend Leonard Lindsey.

Glen was born June 17, 1933 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Cecil Glen McGraw and Lilly Estep McGraw and passed away Monday, June 19, 2023 at the age of 90 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

He married his late wife, Bobbie Imogene Moore, January 6, 1951 and were together for 63 years before she passed away. He worked as a mechanic at Chrysler for over 40 years. Glen was a man of God who loved his family and everyone that he met. He attended church for many years at The Healing Place, Shreveport, Louisiana.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bobbie Imogene Moore McGraw; brother, Leroy McGraw; and sisters, Irene Giffin and Viola Hallmark. He is survived by his children, Arthur Dale McGraw, Carmoleta Fay McGraw White and husband, Rex White; Patricia Marie McGraw and DeWanna McGraw Griffin; grandchildren, Chase Chasell White and wife, Heather Andrina Hebert, Matthew Walter McGraw and husband, Joseph Velek III, Elizabeth Lauren McGraw Irby and husband, Russell Irby; Melissa Danielle Malec and husband, Kevin Joseph Malec, Jason Randell Ambrose and wife, Courtney Solanic Ambrose, Jacob Layne Ambrose and wife, Tara Moore Ambrose and Nathan Troy Griffin and 12 great-grandchildren; and brother, Frank McGraw.
