Gloria "Faye" Bowers

Gloria “Faye” Bowers, 82, of Frierson, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 1, 2023. She was born on July 5, 1941, in Shreveport, Louisiana to M.C. and Arbelle Reynolds. 

Faye was a member of Frierson Baptist Church, long time member of Ladies Auxiliary of Fire District #9. She was a pastry chef and a quilter, who also did alterations for Law Enforcement.

Faye is preceded in death by her parents and four siblings. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kandie Trullinger, Janie Moore, Terry Bowers (Wanda), and Cliff Bowers (Rhonda); sister, Brenda; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, named Gloria.
