Gwendolyn Morgan Henely

SHREVEPORT, LA - Gwendolyn Morgan Henley was born January 1, 1941 in Kirkwood, MO to Raymond and Marie Winter Henley. Gwendolyn passed away on May 17, 2015 in Bossier City, LA. She retired from Schumpert Medical Center, after serving many years as a CRNA. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Stacey James Dick. Gwendolyn is survived by her daughter, Carol Kohlstrom of Tell City, IN; grandchildren, Zachary Kohlstrom and Sydney Kohlstrom and great grandson, Max Kohlstrom.
