Harold Franklin Dyess

Pleasant Hill, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Harold Dyess, 71, will be at 2:00 PM Monday, February 20, 2017 at Spring Ridge Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill, LA with Rev. A.F. Ott, Jr. and Rev. Hoy Leach officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Spring Ridge Baptist Church on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 5:00 till 9:00 PM. Harold was born on July 21, 1945 in Belmont, LA to Virgil and Jeraldine Dyess and entered into rest on February 17, 2017 at his residence in Pleasant Hill, LA. Preceding Harold in death were his parents, Virgil and Jeraldine Dyess; sister, Barbara Ramirez; brother, Prentiss D. Dyess; and sister-in-law, Roma Gwen Dyess. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his brothers, James A. Dyess and friend Nora of Boyce, LA, Gerald W. Dyess and wife Sherry of Stonewall, LA; sister, Carolyn Ott and husband A.F. of Deridder, LA; brother-in-law, Adam Ramirez of Angleton, TX; sister-in-law, Martha A. Dyess of Many, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews. Those honoring the life of Harold as pallbearers will be his nephews.
