Harold Wayne Sanders, Sr.

Harold Wayne Sanders, Sr., 85, of Shreveport, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on January 31, 2023. Harold was born on December 27, 1937 in Atlanta, Texas to Elsie Owen Sanders and Corinne Thomas Sanders.

A visitation honoring the life of Harold will begin at 10:00 a.m. with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2023 located at Rose-Neath Funeral Home-2500 Southside Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Robert Arbuckle. Interment will be held at Forest Park East Cemetery-3700 St Vincent Ave, Shreveport, LA 71103.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Elsie and Corinne Sanders. He is survived by his wife, Ida Jean Huff Sanders; his sons, Harold Wayne Sanders, Jr. and wife Kathy and William Sanders and wife Ellen; and his granddaughter, Elizabeth Sigal and husband Josh.

Honoring Harold as pallbearers will be Harold Wayne Sanders, Jr., William Sanders, Joshua Sigal, Pat Cox, Jerry Boone, and Todd Smith.
