BOSSIER CITY, LA - Services for Harry Ray Hathorn, 79, of Bossier City, LA, will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. in the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, Bossier City, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Billy Pierce. Preceding this service, visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park, Haughton, LA.
Harry Ray was born on April 24, 1937, in Shreveport, LA, and went to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, December 3, 2016.
He is preceded in death by his beautiful daughters, Donna Dutton and Cindy Hathorn. A great peace is felt by family and friends knowing they are there to greet their wonderful Daddy at Heaven's Gates. Harry is also preceded in death by his mother, Gertrude Sullivan, and grandparents, Oka and Jeston Sullivan. Also, many family members and friends.
Harry is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elaine Hathorn, son, Steven Hathorn, son-in-law, Brad Dutton, grandchildren, Brittanye and Lance Coutee, Bradford Dutton and fiancé, Britni LeBlanc, Jake Hathorn, and great grandson, Landon Coutee. Also, Aunt Pauline Alley, and brothers, Tommy Hathorn and Billy Hathorn.
Serving as pallbearers are, Steven Hathorn, Jake Hathorn, Bradford Dutton, Brad Dutton, Lance Coutee and Bill Alley, Jr.
