Hazel Watts

SHREVEPORT, LA - Hazel Robinette Watts completed her earthly tasks and was welcomed in God's arms on Thursday, January 7, 2016. Her memory will live long in our hearts. She was born on March 29, 1919 in Noble, LA to William and Sarah Robinette. Ms. Hazel is preceded in death by her husband, Roy T. Watts, 2 grandsons and 2 sisters. She is survived by two sons, Thomas H. Watts and wife, Georjean of Roseburg, OR and Martin D. Watts and wife, Connie of Cabot, AR, brother William Robinette, Jr. and wife, Susan, of Heflin, LA, 3 grandsons and 7 great-grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted member of Pinecroft Baptist Church for 50 years. The family welcomes visitors Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home. Rev. Cecil Marr will conduct graveside services at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials may be made to Pinecroft Baptist Church Missions or Aime Hospice Care. Thank you Shari.
