Henrietta (Rhetta) Leona Ezernack
BOSSIER CITY, LA - A Memorial Service for Henrietta "Rhetta\" Leona Mayberry Posey Ezernack, 80, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018, at First Assembly of God Church, Coushatta, LA. Officiating will be Pastor Buster Bailey.
Rhetta was born September 8, 1937, in Phillipson, LA to Ethel Dees Nichols Mayberry and Joseph Mayberry and passed away April 3, 2018, in Coushatta, LA. Rhetta was a very loved and loving woman. She was known by many names including momma, nanny, Aunt Rhetta, and granny. If you ever needed anything you could count on her door and arms to be open at all times. She was an extremely strong willed woman right up until the end. Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her husband O. C. Ezernack, infant son Owen Christopher Ezernack, and her parents. Left to cherish Rhetta's memory are her sons, Randy Posey and wife Michelle of Maurepas, LA, Darrell Posey and wife Cathy of Maurepas, LA, Chuck Ezernack and wife Lisa of Grand Prairie, TX, and John Ezernack and wife Carla of Whitney, TX; daughters, Billie Hutches and husband Tim of Bossier City, LA, Chal Caldwell and husband Jonathan of Bossier City, LA, Pat Bamburg and husband Glenn of Coushatta, LA and Carolyn Bamburg of Coushatta, LA; sisters, Faye Casolot of Simmesport, LA, Linda Rachell of Simmesport, LA, and Emmie Chesne of Echo, LA; brother Bruce Mayberry and wife Brenda of Baton Rouge, LA; twenty five grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
