Henry Clinton Roach

SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services for Henry Clinton Roach, 88, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Forest Park West Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Clarence Chism. Visitation will be on Friday, September 19, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, LA. Henry was born March 22, 1926 in McGee, MS to William Thomas and Kizar Elizabeth Bynum Roach and passed away on September 17, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mattie Neely Roach, his son, Larry Wayne Roach, daughter in-law, Vickie Arlene Roach, grandson, Van Ray Wilson, ex-wife, Laverne Prator, ex-wife, Pauline Kilgore Roach and his 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jerry Roach of Blanchard, LA; Michael Roach and his wife, Sherrye of Shreveport, LA; daughters, Brenda Mathis and her husband, Jay of Waskom, TX; Pam Irvin and her husband, Wallace of Shreveport, LA; step-sons, James Neely of Atlanta, GA and Johnny Neely of Shreveport, LA; nine grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Honoring Henry as pallbearers will be Cody Roach, Hank Roach, Brad Walton, Kevin Walton, Timothy Walton and Richie Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren. Henry's family would like to express their appreciation and thanks to Nurse Care for all the compassion, love, and kindness they gave.
