SHREVEPORT, LA - Services for Mr. Herman Dudley Coleman, Jr., 75, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Homer, LA. Visitation with family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the funeral home. Mr. Coleman was born October 16, 1939 in Homer, LA and passed away August 2, 2015 in Shreveport, LA. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Coleman, Sr.; mother, Marie Coleman; and brother, Jerry Coleman, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Donnis Coleman; son, Tony Coleman and wife, Julia; daughter, Twinkye Coleman; extended family children, Mark, Laura and Ronnie; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; eight nieces; six nephews; siblings, Vernon "Bully" Coleman and wife, Sondra; Barbara Eagle and husband, Alvin.
