OIL CITY, LA - Funeral services for Herman Ray Cranford, Jr., 58, will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Herman was born on June 27, 1956 in Shreveport, LA and passed away on November 30, 2014. He was resident of Oil City, LA and of Catholic faith. Herman was employed as an auto technician. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Herman R. Cranford, Sr. and Betty J. Cranford; brother, Mark Cranford. Left to cherish his memory is daughters, Marie Shook and husband Ryan and Sheena Cranford; grandchildren, Landon and Tessa Shook, and Sebastian Cranford; siblings, Lisa and Jeff Jones, Patty and Gregg Murphree, Chris and Donna Cranford; numerous nieces and nephews.
