Zwolle, LA Celebration of life and services to honor Herman Etheridge, age 82 will be held at New Freedom Church on Hwy. 1215 at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 2, 2017 with Brother Dean Hillman officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Zwolle, LA. Visitation will be held on June 1, 2017 with private time for the family from 10:00 AM to ll:00 AM friends are welcome from 11:00 AM until time of service. Mr. Herman Etheridge was born June 9, 1935 in Ebarb, LA, and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 29,2017 in Zwolle, LA. Mr. Etheridge was a hard- working and kind man who loved his family and who will be deeply missed. Herman is preceded in death by his parents Vance and Victoria Ezernack Etheridge; his brothers Keith Etheridge, Tenan Etheridge, Nolan Wayne Etheridge &Clifford Etheridge; his granddaughter Kristen Etheridge and infant daughter Donna Donell Etheridge. . Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 52 years Margaret Cartinez Etheridge, his sons Donald "Petey" Etheridge & wife Ann of Zwolle, Gerald Etheridge & wife Renee of Converse Randal Etheridge & wife Tracy of Zwolle, brothers Randal Etheridge & Joseph Etheridge; his sisters Florence Schulgen, Sue Eunson, Jane Etheridge, Dorothy King, JoAnn McCormick, and Elizabeth Ramsey; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Serving as Pallbearers are Joseph Etheridge Jr., Phillip Keith Etheridge, Derek Etheridge, Vincent King, William Laroux Jr, Brandon Cartinez, Dustin Cartinez, Jordan Ezernack, & Brennan Etheridge.
