Hollis David Leach

Hollis David Leach, age 71, passed away on March 8, 2023 peacefully in his sleep.  A visitation will be held Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr. in Shreveport, Louisiana from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held for Hollis on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. A burial will follow in Hornbeck, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Denny Duron.

Hollis was born on October 6, 1951 in Pasadena, Texas. Hollis was a hard worker and enjoyed building and remodeling, which led to him starting his own remodeling company. He loved working with his hands, watching old westerns and LSU games, fishing, boating, going on mission trips, attending church services, and spending time with his large family. Hollis was married to his wife of 23 years, Brenda Leach.  Brenda and Hollis married on February 12, 2000 and combined their families. Brenda and Hollis loved going on dinner dates, spending time with family, and spoiling their grandchildren.

Hollis is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Leach and Ruby Hufstetler; son, Eric Robinson; daughter-in-law, Melissa Little; stepbrother, Terry West; brother-in-law, Carol Gibson. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Brenda Leach; sons, Brent Little and Clint Leach; stepson, Randy Daffern and long-time girlfriend, Barbara Fletcher; sisters, Brenda Gibson, Sandra Habingreither and husband, Charles, Kathy Prichard and husband, Gary; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Hanes and husband, Jason; grandchildren, Isaac Little, Emma Little, Anna Newman and husband, Josh, Ethan Little, Hannah Robinson, Sydney Robinson, Joey Johnson, and Anthony Leach; great-granddaughter, Alayna Johnson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

 Honoring Hollis as pallbearers will be Brad Prichard, Isaac Little, Ethan Little, Joey Johnson, Chris Procell, and Arvin Pozas.

Hollis will be greatly missed by his family and friends!
