Ignatius "Buddy" Lemoine

Mansura - A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Ignatius "Buddy" Lemoine at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Mansura on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Irion St. Romain, celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville. Ignatius "Buddy" Lemoine, age 88 of Mansura, passed away at Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 12:15 P.M. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, I.B. "Nate" (Sandy) Lemoine of Mansura, Blaine (Mary) Lemoine of Mansura, Mark (Janet) Lemoine of Mansura, Jeanne Lemoine of Longbridge, Katrina (Colin) Stone of Oakley, CA., Patricia (David) Dauzat of Marksville, siblings, Al (Kathy) Lemoine of Longbridge, Carol (Glenn) Demars of Mansura and Norma (Rahn) Sherman of Monroe. Also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 Great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Buddy was preceded in death by his wife, Cecelia McLaughlin Lemoine, siblings, Michael G. Lemoine, Jeanne L. Bonnette, Margaret L. Newton, Felice L. Viguerie and his grandson, William Lemoine. The Lemoine Family has requested that a visitation be held at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Thursday, March 19, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. and on Friday, March 20, 2020 from 8:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. A Rosary will be recited at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday evening.
