Jacqueline (Jackie) Branscum

Jacqueline Branscum went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 13, 2018, after a 15-month battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family. Jackie was born December 2, 1957 to Billie Joe and Mary Ellen Heard. She served as Church Secretary at Ingleside Baptist Church and Kingston Road Baptist Church for over 40 years and was a crew leader at Allied Inventory for over 20 years. Jackie is survived by her mother, Mary Ellen Heard; paternal aunt, Dean Massey; and sisters, Andrea Branscum and Patricia Nickles. She also leaves behind her daughter, Sarah; kids, Madison, Cayden, and Chloe; three grandchildren; and a plethora of nieces, nephews, and cousins along with best friend, Allen (A.J.) Lawrence. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Kingston Road Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Belmont Cemetery in Belmont, LA. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel.
