James Clark, Sr.

GRAND CANE, LA - Services for Mr. James Loyd Clark, Sr., 76, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2015 at Rose-Neath Southside. Interment will follow at Social Springs Cemetery in Red River Parish, LA. Visitation will be Sunday, August 16, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Clark was born in Shreveport, LA on February 23, 1939 and passed away on August 11, 2015 in Shreveport, LA. Mr. Clark was a millwright and carpenter for over 50 years. He was a 52 year Master Mason of The Grand Lodge of the State of Louisiana.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Inez and John R. Clark, II; brothers, Wilburn, Bobby and Earl Clark; and special friend, June Manasco.

He is survived by sons, Loyd Clark and wife, Kristina, Will Clark and wife, Sheila; daughters, Jennifer Yount and husband, Bo, Kim Paddie; grandchildren, Robert, Matthew and Emily Yount, Natalie Richie, Devyn Moore, Ben, Randi, Cassady and Austin Clark; sisters, Edith and Rebecca Clark; brothers, John R. Clark, III and Richard Clark.

Honoring Mr. Clark as pallbearers will be Robert, Matthew and Bo Yount, Randall, Charles and Ben Clark. Honorary pallbearers will be Cassady Clark, Kevin Kellogg, Durwood and Bubba Lindsey, Bob Treadway, James Dick and Kevin Mitchell.
