James Randall Owen

Memorial services for James Randall Owen, 62, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel with Reverend Patricia McBride officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Randy was born in Coushatta, LA to James Wilson and Carrie Mae Cason Owen on January 8, 1956 and left to be with his Lord and Savior on February 15, 2018. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather who will be truly missed. Randy was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 34 years, Loree Owen; and brother, Allen Butch Owen. Left to cherish his beautiful memories are his sister, Patricia McBride; son, Jade Sims and spouse Adrianne Maull; daughters, Amber Warner and husband Michael, Kelly Tang and husband Peter, Carri Benetrix and husband Chris, and Jenifer Owen and husband Colt Avery; grandchildren, Dixie Riser, Ashlee Warner, Zoe Warner, Grace Warner, Rosalie Corbett, Allana Garcia, Kaylee Benetrix, Nicholas Foy, Nathaniel Tang, Parker Tang, William Chen, and Tiffany Chen; great-grandson, Jaxon Warner; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph Hospice in Shreveport, LA.
