James (Nig) M. Pritchard Jr. Funeral services honoring the life of James M. Pritchard Jr., 69, of Many, LA will be held 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Many, LA with Bro Jimmy Price & Bro. Brian Jones officiating. Burial will be at Aimwell Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, December 30, 2017 beginning at 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Many, LA. James Monroe Pritchard often known as (Nig) born May 29, 1948 in Jonesville, La. He passed away at his home surrounded by his loving wife bonnie and family. James was a veteran of the Korean conflict where he served in the 609 Infantry. He was a consultant in the oil & gas industry for 40 years, retired in 2016. James was an avid fisherman, hunter, and roper. James was a great husband, father & friend to many. He was always willing to lend a helping hand; he had a heart of gold. He is the son of Betty Elizabeth & the late James Monroe Pritchard Sr. of Jena, La. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Bonnie Padgett Pritchard; children James Robert Pritchard of Jena, La, Eric Osborne of Many, La, Tracy Osborne & husband Michael of Many, La; bother Shelby Wayne Pritchard & wife Ann of Jena, La & a host of grandchildren & great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by father James Monroe Pritchard Sr. and Brother Charles Leroy Pritchard.
