James D. San Angelo

SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services for James Donald "JD" San Angelo, 77, will be held at 2:00 p.m on Monday, January 5, 2015 at NWLA Veteran's Cemetery in Keithville, LA. Officiating will be Monsignor Earl V. Provenza of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Visitation will be held at Rose-Neath Marshall St. Chapel on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 3 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. JD was born on June 15, 1937 to Anthony "Tony" San Angelo and Rose Liberto San Angelo and passed away after a sudden illness on December 28, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, and step-mother, Opal San Angelo. Left to cherish his memory are several cousins and extended family. JD was a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana. After graduation he joined the US Air Force. He was General Manager of Select Car Company. For many years he enjoyed spending time and visiting with his Aunt Angelina Leon and her family on Sundays. He was an honest and loving man and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
