Jamie Michele Jones

Funeral Services honoring the life of Jamie Michele Lipsey Jones will be held at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Broadmoor Baptist Church, 4110 Youree Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Dr. Tom Harrison. A visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the church parlor. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, Louisiana.

Jamie Jones was born March 29, 1973 in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022.

Jamie was a graduate of Trinity Heights Academy and the American School of Business. She married her loving husband, Wesley Jones on January 26, 2002. She worked for 29 wonderful years at Doctors Brown and O'Neal. Jamie loved her work family very much. She enjoyed gardening and had a great eye for decorating, but most of all loved spending time with her family.

Jamie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe A. and Vivian H. Harris and Fred W. and Annie Mae Lipsey. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Wes Jones; children, Morgan Taylor Brown and wife, Brooke, Macie Elisabeth Creech and Mitchell Jones; parents, Jimmy Fred and Carolyn Jo Lipsey; brothers, Ric Lipsey, and wife, Laura Beth and Paul Lipsey and wife, Melissa; and sister, Colleen Sprayberry and husband, Stephen.

 Honoring Jamie as pallbearers will be Morgan Brown, Mitchell Jones, Trevor Jones, Paul Lipsey, Chris Ray and Wade Ratcliff. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the doctors and staff of Doctors Brown and O'Neal.
