SHREVEPORT, LA - Services to celebrate the life of Jeanette R. "Jan" Sullivan, 78, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall Street, Shreveport, LA. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent Ave., Shreveport, LA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the funeral home.
Jan was born November 17, 1939, in Shreveport, LA to Maude Austin and Hollis Dey Rhodes and passed away January 5, 2018 at home in Shreveport, LA. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband William Reese Sullivan, Sr., and her parents. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Debra Lynch of Shreveport, LA.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff and caregivers at Amedisys Hospice and Springlake Guest Care Rehabilitation for their excellent care and compassion.
