Keithville, LA - Jeffrey Kent Neal,34, passed away on November 15, 2014. A funeral mass will be held at the Cathedral of St. John Berchmans on Tuesday, November 18^th at 10 A.M. Final blessing and interment will follow at Rose - Neath Cemetery Bossier. Visitation will be held at Rose - Neath Funeral Home Bossier from 5 to 7 P.M. on Monday, November 17^th. Left to cherish Jeff's memories are his parents, Kent and Marion Neal; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kelli and Dr. Doug Sawyer, Julie and Brant Landry, Heather and Derek Gunter; nephews, Cross Landry and Liam Gunter, Clayton and Noah Sawyer; nieces, Chloe and Emily Landry, and Emma Sawyer; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Norman and Marie Hyde and Sam and Thelma Neal. Jeffrey was born on June 11, 1980. He graduated from Capt. Shreve High School and attended LSU-S. In the past, he had worked for Brookshires and Best Buy. Presently, he has been employed in merchandising at Sears. Serving as pallbearers will be Steve Brocato, Paul Fisher, Keith Hood, Jimmy Martin, Martin Reynolds, Eddie Scott, and Michael Scott. Jeff has been the most wonderful son, brother, and uncle to his family. Jeff's Christian and generous spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John Berchmans Cathedral.
