Funeral Services for Jerry C. Edwards, Jr will be held Friday, January 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Eastside Missionary Baptist in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Chet Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Whispering Pines Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.  Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Eastside Missionary Baptist Church.

Jerry was born February 13, 1943, in Hamburg, Arkansas and entered into rest January 3, 2023, in Minden, Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his sons, James and Rusty Edwards.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Edwards of Minden; son, Joey Edwards of Minden; daughter, Charlotte Cobb of Minden; sisters Jeanette and Linda Roberts; brothers, Terry, John, Robert, Kenneth and Eddy Edwards; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
