Mansfield, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Jim Golden, Jr., 79, will be at 3:00 PM Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA with Reverend Lynn Burkett officiating. Burial will follow at Belmont Cemetery in Belmont, LA. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 5:00 till 9:00 PM. Jim was born on March 26, 1937 in Pleasant Hill, LA to his parents Jim Golden, Sr. and wife Truman Crain Golden. Jim died on August 23, 2016 in Pleasant Hill, LA. Preceding Jim in death were her parents Jim L Golden, Sr. and wife Truman. Those left behind to cherish his memory is his wife Ruth Golden from Pleasant Hill, LA; son, Jimmy Golden from Pleasant Hill, LA; Sister Sherry Ebarb from Ebarb, LA, and a host of nieces and nephews. Those honoring the life of Jim as pallbearers will be Guffy Pattison, Tod Strahan, Ray Mapels, Oris Graves, Doyle Stockton, and Allen Ebarb.
