Benton, LA - A Celebration of Life Service for Jo Ann Lynn Wich, 81, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel, Bossier City, LA, with Rev. James Hoover officiating. Interment will follow at Lay Cemetery, Benton, LA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 5, 2018, at the funeral home. Jo Ann was born December 23, 1936, in Shreveport, LA to Marie Gibson Lynn and Bryant Jackson Lynn, Sr. and passed away March 3, 2018, in Benton, LA. She was a retired Deputy Assessor in Bossier Parish. Jo Ann was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to many. She will be dearly missed. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Henry B. "Jim" Wich, Sr., her parents, and brother, Bryant Jackson "Jack" Lynn, Jr. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Burt Wich and Cissy Brakeville; daughter, Jodi Wich and James Little; cousin/sister, Billie Oliver Byrd; cousin/brother, Pete Burks; grandchildren, Marissa Broughton, Luke House, Kalee Wich, and Hannah House; great-grandchildren, Kandylynn Broughton, and Lucy Broughton. Honoring Jo Ann as pallbearers will be Michael Brooks, Jerry Carter, Tyler Dean, Bobby Edminston, Whit Graves, and Don Sonnier. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete Burks, Syd Burt and Cecil Lawrence, lll.
