Joan is survived by her husband, Fred Sullivan; 2 sons, Williams Kelly and Jack B. Kelly; brother, Wyatt Bevill; grandchildren, Benjamin Kelly, Clayton Kelly, Jennet Foster and 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Homer, LA. Interment followed in Arlington Cemetery of Homer.
