Joe Don Madden

A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Joe Don Madden, 70, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Officiating the service will be Reverend Brad Franklin.

Joe was born April 19, 1952, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Ronel Don Madden and Jo Edith Kennington Madden, and went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 3, 2022, in Benton, Louisiana.

Joe graduated from C.E. Byrd High School and continued his education at Northwestern State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree. His hobbies included hunting and fishing. He was a devoted member of Benton United Methodist Church. Joe was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Janet Lynn Powell Madden. He is survived by his son, Joshua Madden and wife, Timberly; daughter, Jennifer Madden; and grandchildren, Adalynn Madden, Everly Madden, Alexandra Hall, and Cullen Hall.
