Joe Anne was born May 26, 1931, in Sibley, Louisiana and entered into rest October 26, 2024, in Minden, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Snyder and her sister, Bette Watson.

She is survived by her nephews, Jerry, Terry, Mick, and Rick Watson.
