John D. Langford

Funeral services for John D. Langford will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana. Officiating will be Rev. James Phillips. Interment will follow at Whispering Pines Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana with military rites. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. John was born June 26, 1929 in Bienville, Louisiana and entered into rest July 5, 2014 in Minden, Louisiana. He was a veteran with the United States Marines, a member of Parkway Baptist Church and enjoyed coon hunting. His daughter Linda Black, granddaughter Stacy Watts, brother Leland Langford and sister Marietta Cummings preceded him in death.
