Johnny (JC) Charles Malone

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Johnny Charles "JC" Malone, 74, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. Pastor Terry Black will officiate. Visitation with the family will be held from 5-7:00 p.m., Friday, May 12, 2017 at the funeral home. JC was born February 4, 1943 in Grundy, Virginia to Raymond Charles Malone and Beulah Smith Malone, and passed away May 9, 2017. He was an avid fisherman; loved working on small engines and always ready to lend a helping hand. JC was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. JC was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Beulah Malone; brothers, Don Malone, Jesse Malone, and Kenneth Malone; and sister, Betty Cates. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 26 years, Judy Black Malone; his loving daughter, Jennifer Trichell and husband, Michael; precious grandchildren, Kayla and Emily Trichell; brother, Max Malone and wife, Pauline; sister, Dean Newman and husband, Billy; along with numerous extended family and friends. The family would like to say a special thanks to Dr. Huan Le, 4 west and 5 west nurses station at Willis-Knighton North for all the loving care and support they gave to JC.
