Grand Cane, LA- Funeral services for Joseph F. McDearmont, 88, will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath's Southside chapel. Officaiting will be Bro. Marion B. Puryear. Interment will follow at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, November 10, 2014, 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at funeral home. Joseph was born on December 26, 1925 to William Frank and Florence Kelly McDearmont in Harmon, LA. He passed away on November 8, 2014. He served in the US Army during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Frank and Florence Kelly McDearmont, brothers, William, Charlie, Clarence and Richard, sisters, Mary, Katie, and Ruth, and his loving wife, Clara. He is survived by his son, Joe and wife Eva, daughters, Brenda and husband Aaron and Saundra and husband Mark, grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Veronica, Joe, John, Chris, Tony, Kathy, and Christy, and siblings, Tom, Virginia, and Valeria.
