Josephine "JoJo' Wilbanks

Josephine “JoJo” Wilbanks 84, of Minden, Louisiana was born May 29, 1939, in Scottsboro, AL and entered into rest November 22, 2023, in Minden, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mae Gifford and brothers, Joey, Jerry, and Junior Gifford.

Josephine is survived by her children, Connie Anderson and Rick of Minden, Carolyn Wimberly of Minden, and Charlie Robinette and Marcel of Vacaville, Ca, grandchildren, Dalana Robinette, Stephanie Crawford, Robin Wimberly, Charlie and Gaby Robinette, and Devin and Don Baker; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Aaron, Khaleesi, Duante, Haelie, Kyndyn, Kynlie, Jade, Joelle, Charlie, Raina, and Alec; niece, Teresa Kennedy, and nephew David and Amy Gifford and their children River and Noah.

The family would like to thank her devoted niece, Teresa, for all her love and support for “JoJo” during her illness.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Josephine will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at her home at 499 Doc Steed Road, Minden, Louisiana.
